1. Diaphragm pump ink system design
The ink pump,solvent pump,recovery pump,recycle pump are designed
to bionics four diaphragm pump,using constant working pressure to
finish several groups ink automatic processing program .
Compared with mechanical pump,its merits are:firstly, the lifespan
is several times longer than mechanical pump, because bionics
diaphragm pump can work on almost zero wear and the maintenance
costs are very low.
Secondly, mechanical friction of diaphragm pump won’t impact on ink
,which can prolong the life span of ink substantially,reducing
production costs.
2. Adopt international advanced triple nozzle anti-blocking
technology
This machine has unique nozzle anti-blocking function. It has
independent solvent pump and lapidary nozzle with unique nozzle
cleaning procedures.
First, automatically inject solvent when starting up, avoiding
clogging nozzles with injecting ink, which greatly reduces the
daily maintenance work.
Second, automatically inject solvent to clean nozzles and recycle
pipelines when shutting down the machine, ensuring unblocked
nozzles and ink pipes while next time starting up. This improves
the stability of equipment operation.
Besides, nozzle plates can be removed solely and then clean it in
the ultrasonic container, thoroughly solving the congestion
problem.
3. Save consumables and reduce the printing cost
Adopt optimizational ink system design: use small ink tank,small
diameter pipeline,and other special ink pipelines, greatly reducing
the fluid flow in the pipes and effectively controlling the
volatilization of the solvent. The material consumption is only
10-20% of traditional air pump machines,and 60-70% of gear pump
machines. This series of printers has became one of the most saving
consumables ink printers in the world.
